Rising Sun Telecom specializes in Avaya Maintenance, Avaya Services and Used Avaya equipment. Our corporate headquarters is located in Encinitas, California (San Diego county) and our RMATS center is located in Scappoose, Oregon. We have a pool of 18 Independent Contractor technicians that perform our Avaya maintenance, installation and remote service work. These technicians include previous Avaya/ Lucent/ AT&T, 30-year technicians, ex-Avaya Tier III engineers, Bell Lab engineer, ex-Avaya Software Specialists, and ex-Avaya Professional Services. We choose to work with the most highly trained, highly experienced and highly certified Avaya technicians, because they save time and money when resolving maintenance issues. We also have a network of technicians and local Business Partners across the country that we dispatch for on-site Avaya Maintenance and Avaya Services.
